STEP 1: JOIN THE PARTY!
You’ve purchased your Business Builder Kit, set up your all-important auto-shipment, and given your kit a boost with the pack of your choice. You’ve got this step down! Make sure you're getting the most out of your auto-shipment with the great tools available through your eSuite!
Auto-shipment Edits:
Select “Edit Auto-shipments” to make your auto-shipment changes, then select "Edit," followed by "Change Items."
Click on the trash can icon to remove items and then click “Continue Shopping” to add items.
Once all changes are complete click “Continue” to select your shipment method and click “Continue” again to verify your payment method. Save all changes by selecting the green “Save your Auto-Shipment” button located on the right hand side.
Remember, any auto-shipment changes need to be completed two-business days prior to the next shipment date.
Auto-shipment Cancellation:
To cancel (we don’t recommend doing this!) your auto-shipment, click the “Auto-shipments” tab and then click “Cancel” if you wish to cancel your auto-shipment.
Restart or Create Auto-shipment:
To restart or create a new your auto-shipment (definitely the better choice!), select "Create New Auto-shipment" under the "Auto-shipments" tab. Creating a new auto-shipment will not delete an existing auto-shipment profile. Be sure to review your changes for accuracy!
Be a "product of the product" and show your Loyal Customers how the auto-shipment can work for them by making it work for you!

DON'T MISS YOUR ANNUAL RENEWAL DATE
As of March 1, 2014, if you have not renewed your Distributor account and you are past your annual renewal date, a commission hold will be placed on your account.
When's my annual renewal date?
You can find your annual renewal date in the Performance Overview on the front page of your eSuite.
Is your annual renewal 60 days past due?
As of March 1, 2014, if your account is 60 days past the annual renewal date, your account will be cancelled.
How do I renew?
Renew your account by placing an order for the $35 USD account renewal through eSuite using your country-specific SKU:

KEEP YOUR eSUITE ACTIVE
You don’t want to lose this valuable tool, so be sure you’re keeping your eSuite subscription up to date.
Coming soon, any Distributor who fails to make their $20 USD monthly eSuite payment will have their eSuite cancelled. The eSuite will be reactivated once past due payments have been brought back up to date.

DON'T LET THAT DISTRIBUTOR REBATE CREDIT EXPIRE!
As of February 1, 2014 we have implemented the following expiration dates for Distributor Rebate Credits:
Distributors who enrolled prior to February 1, 2014, have until April 1, 2014, to redeem their Distributor Rebate Credit.
Distributors who enroll on or after February 1, 2014 have 60 days to redeem their Distributor Rebate Credit. |
