The Training Academy has been updated! Check it out in your eSuite. The Training Academy is your top resource to launch your business, master the Steps to Success, and get tips and product info from It Works! Corporate Leaders.

If you've gone through the Training Academy once, take time to view it again for updated info and new videos!

FROM THE COMMISSIONS TEAM

Preliminary commissions have been posted in eSuite. Final commissions will be paid by end of day on Friday, March 15. Please wait until after 5:00 p.m. EST on the 15th before contacting Customer Service regarding payment. G.O.O.D Bonuses are applied to the earnings statement separately and will be paid out with the monthly commissions.

The Paylution site and url have changed to a new branded It Works! site. The new url is MyItWorksPay.com. Your login and password have not changed.

Important Reminder: If you do not have a minimum 80 BV autoship set to process this month, the PBV requirement has now changed to 400 PBV to be commission qualified.

CUSTOMER SERVICE CORNER

As you continue to make your business BOOM, you may experience increased phone and ticket response time. We greatly appreciate your patience as we continue to work to take our service experience to a whole ‘notha level. Here are a few tips you can use to help maximize the benefits of your eSuite and minimize your hold times.

The contents of your auto-ship can be changed through eSuite at any time. Your Loyal Customers can change their auto-ships online too by logging in through ItWorksGlobal.com or your personal website.

For all you new rock star Distributors, you can redeem your BV Rebate Credit in the “Orders” section of your eSuite. Be sure to apply the product credit before applying credit card payment. Loyal Customers can redeem their Perk Points the same way by logging into their account.
