The Friday Night Social on Friday, January 18, will be the biggest It Works! party of the year! Please keep in mind that it is an indoor/outdoor cocktail party, so come dressed to impress but remember that January nights in Florida can be chilly.

Party ‘til you’re shaken and stirred at the exclusive “Diamonds Are Forever” Diamond Party on Saturday, January 19. This is an elite event for distributors that are paid at the rank of Diamond or above for the month of December, 2012. The entire Customer Service Team would like to wish everyone a very Happy New Year! We are excited to announce that starting Sunday, January 6, our Customer Service Team will be offering 7 days a week support! The new hours are:
• Saturday - Sunday: 9:30 a.m. - 6 p.m. EST (GMT-5)
• Monday - Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 9 p.m. EST (GMT-5)

This is a friendly reminder that the special pricing for the Holiday Gift Sets expired on December 21, 2012. Any of these items that still remain on auto-shipment profiles will be charged at regular price. The price in the auto-shipment profile may not reflect the regular pricing, but it will be charged upon the auto-shipment run date.

OUR COMMISSIONS TEAM

Distributors located in the United States who were paid at least $600 in 2012 will be receiving a 1099 form for income tax purposes. The 1099s will be mailed no later than January 31, 2013. Requests for this information prior to them being mailed will not be honored.

All distributors should verify that the name and social security number on their account are accurate and match what the IRS has on file. Any distributor who has a business name on their account without a matching IRS registered EIN needs to remove that company name immediately. They may, however, still be used on the replicated website. The IRS assesses a $100 fine for any name and SSN or company name and EIN combination that is submitted that does not match the IRS records.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES UPDATE

As of January 1, 2013, the Policies and Procedures reflect the following change: A distributor will only be allowed a total of 5 order transfer requests per month with a total bonus volume limit of 1,000 BV. Orders may only be transferred in full and may only be transferred once. Once a distributor has reached the limit of 5 requests for the month, all other requests will be denied. Orders may not be moved to or from a Loyal or Retail Customer. Distributors may not request Customer Service to enter an order under any other distributor account than their own.
