IT WORKS! RANKED #56 IN THE WORLD!
Congratulations, It Works! Global! Your hard work and dedication resulted in It Works! being honored with the prestigious Bravo Momentum Award given by Direct Selling News! CEO and President Mark Pentecost accepted the award on behalf of the It Works! family on April 3 at the Direct Selling News Global 100 Celebration in Dallas, Texas. The entire It Works! Global Customer Service team would like to congratulate our rock star distributors on a record breaking month of March! Below is a helpful tip that will help keep your business rockin'.
Enrollments-When processing new enrollments the billing address on the credit card must match the billing address being entered. If the addresses do not match, the card will decline and may create a pending charge on the card account. New enrollments with a different billing and shipping address require Customer Service assistance. Please process these types of enrollments over the phone or by submitting a Support Ticket through eSuite that contains all enrollment information. |

MEDIA INQUIRIES FOR IT WORKS! DISTRIBUTORS
Did you know that you must be a Triple Diamond or above to speak to any media source? Media sources range from (but not limited to) radio and television to newspapers and billboards. It Works! has policies and procedures in place to specifically focus on media regulation to protect our brand and your business.
With the major responsibility that comes along with speaking to any media source, only Triple Diamonds or above may speak to a media outlet, as reflected in Media Policy 3.2.7:
All inquiries by any type of media must be immediately referred to It Works’ Public Relations Department at [email protected]. As a general rule, only Distributors that have achieved the rank of Triple Diamond or above may speak to any media source (including, but not limited to, television, radio, and online outlets) regarding any matter related to Company business.

Australia: We are excited to introduce the newly re-designed Booster Pack and Mini Booster Pack that include the It Works! skin care and body contouring lines! The Booster Pack will be available via online enrollment, in your eSuite, and if necessary, through Customer Service. The Mini Booster is available via online enrollment only.
- The Booster Pack (#AU409) contains 8 boxes of Ultimate Body Applicators (total of 32 applications), 3 boxes of Facial Applicators (total of 12 applications), 1 Defining Gel, 1 Cleanser, and 1 Hydrating Toner & Freshener with 400BV for $499 USD.
- The Mini Booster Pack(#AU410) contains 2 boxes of Ultimate Body Applicators (total of 8 applications), 1 box of Facial Applicators (total of 4 applications), 1 Defining Gel, and 1 Cleanser Gel for 60BV and only $149 USD. Available through online enrollment only.
New! Steps to Success and Business Builder Kit flyers are now available for Australia and the European Union in the "Documents" tab of your eSuite in the "International" section.
As a reminder, when enrolling a new distributor through Customer Service please remember to have the new distributor fill out a W-8BEN form within 10 days of enrolling and email the completed form to [email protected].
The W-8BEN form ensures that international distributors will not pay United States taxes and is required for commission’s payments. This form, along with instructions for completion, can be found in the “International” section under the “Documents” tab of your eSuite. If a distributor enrollment is completed online, you are not required to submit the eSuite form via email, as this data is captured during the enrollment process.
