DIAMOND BONUS CHANGES

Some of you may have noticed that the change to Diamond Bonus payouts announced in August and September was initiated with the November commission run. With the implementation of this change, all requirements for the Diamond Bonus must be completed, including the processing of the new Distributor’s initial 80 BV auto-shipment, prior to the Diamond Bonus being paid.

With the Christmas season upon us, we have decided to postpone the implementation of this change for one month, and it will take effect with December commissions paid in January. Please keep in mind that you may see a decrease in your Diamond Bonuses in January due to this requirement being implemented.

Please make sure you are training your team that all new Distributors must run their first 80 BV auto-shipment within their first 31 days. This is important for you to receive your Diamond Bonuses and continue to grow your business!

If you have additional questions about how these bonuses will be paid or the qualifications needed to trigger a Diamond Bonus payout, please refer to the Compensation Plan, also found in the Document Library of your eSuite.

YOU'VE GOT MONEY!

Commissions have been paid to your My It Works! Pay or Payoneer account.

If you have not already activated your My It Works! Pay account and are receiving your first commission payout of $21 or more, please go to www.myitworkspay.com and click "Activate Account." You will be prompted to enter an email address. Please enter the email address assigned to your It Works! Distributor account. You will then be prompted to enter a Membership ID; this ID number is the same as your Distributor ID Number.

If you have chosen Payoneer as your payout method, you will not receive an activation email, as your commission will load directly to your pay card.

If you did not receive a commission payout, begin by checking your commission statement to verify that you earned at least $21. Next, check your My It Works! Pay or Payoneer account to see if the funds are there. If you have done both of these steps and have verified that you did earn at least $21 and it is not in your pay account, please submit a support ticket under the Monthly Commission category.

'TIS THE SEASON FOR SCAMMERS

Scam Alert! Our Compliance Team has received several emails about a person claiming to be deaf contacting our Distributors requesting a larger product order. She states she does not have a credit card and offers to pay with a certified check or money order. Do not respond to these emails and do not send any products. The checks are fake and will not clear the bank. If you come across one of these scammers delete, the email and do not respond to them.

Also, please remember that it is against policy to ship your own products. All orders must be placed through your replicated site or eSuite where they are billed and shipped through the company, unless the sale is done in person where the product and payment is exchanged at the same time. This is for fraud protection and also relieves the hassle of you having to have the product in stock and deal with shipping issues and/or lost packages. When you direct customers to your It Works! replicated site to place their orders, you get to sit back and collect commissions while the company does all of the work! Our company has a philosophy of financial freedom and living debt free. We do not want our Distributors going further into debt by carrying a large amount of inventory!

A. 11 No e-Commerce or Stock-and-Sell Retailing:
You may not stock and sell It Works! products, nor may you develop an eCommerce environment that would facilitate this model. All orders must be placed through your official It Works! replicated site or e-Office. It is expressly against Company policy to accept Paypal, credit cards other payment solutions for the purchase of Company product.

A. 24 Online Retailing:
You may not list or sell It Works! products on any online retail store or e-commerce site, nor may you enlist or allow a third party (customer) to sell It Works! products on any online retail store or e-commerce site.

In addition, you may call our dedicated International Support Team using the local or toll-free number provided to you.
