Preliminary commissions have posted to your July Earnings Report in eSuite. Any dispute to payouts or ranks must be submitted on a Support Ticket under the Month End category no later than Monday, August 12 so they can be reviewed prior to the final commission payout on August 15. Please note: The preliminary commissions are preliminary and may change once final commissions are paid.

High Five and GOOD Bonus payments are not included in the preliminary commission statement. These payments are added to the final commission payout. If you are expecting a High Five or GOOD Bonus payment and do not see it in your final commission statement please submit a support ticket in the Compensation-Bonus category. Please do not contact Customer Service or submit a support ticket about missing High Five or GOOD Bonus payouts until after final commission have been paid.
