It Works! Distributor,

We have recently contacted any Loyal Customers and Distributors who have had two consecutive months of failed auto-shipments due to credit card processing issues to inform them that It Works! will be canceling their auto-shipments. Approximately 145,000 accounts will be affected.

These accounts will remain active, and the Loyal Customers/Distributors may reactivate their auto-shipments by logging in to their respective accounts and creating a new auto-shipment profile. Our Customer Service Team will also be happy to help any who need assistance in re-establishing an auto-shipment profile with updated credit card information.

For those Loyal Customers/Distributors with multiple auto-shipment profiles, only those specific auto-shipments with two consecutive months of failed processing will be affected. Those who have not had credit card issues will not be affected.

With the removal of the repeated declined profiles, your Autoship Forecast Report should reflect a more accurate representation of potential commissionable volume in your downline.
