WHAT IS A QUALIFIED ACTIVE LOYAL CUSTOMER?
Per the Compensation Plan, this is a Loyal Customer who has paid the Membership Fee or is in the process of or has fulfilled the It Works! Loyal Customer Agreement with a minimum monthly 25 BV autoshipment total and who does not share an address with their enroller, any other Distributor, or any other Loyal Customer.
Keep an Eye on your Loyal Customers
If a Loyal Customer cancels or has multiple declines, and therefore does not complete the Loyal Customer Agreement, their account status will change to Ineligible and your LC count will be reduced. This could negatively affect your bonus eligibility!
Remember:
A re-enrolled Loyal Customer may not be considered a Qualified Active Loyal Customer as they have been previously used for bonuses.
Please be aware that eligibility is established at the time of enrollment and is not affected by address or placement changes done after enrollment.

WONDERING IF YOU HAVE QUALIFIED LEGS?
Check out your Qualified Legs by Level Report in your eSuite Reports tab to see which of your Distributors is already a qualified leg for the month. Remember, a Qualified Leg is a downline Distributor with at least 400 total Group Volume coming from anywhere in the depth of a leg. Each of your Level 1 Distributors is considered the top of a leg. As a reminder, the top Distributor of a leg does not have to be Commission Qualified for the Leg to be considered a Qualified Leg; however, they must be active or have at least one active Distributor in their leg. Also, if you are using a Distributor who is Executive or above for promoting, that Distributor must be commission qualified in order for their rank to update. Check out the Compensation Plan, located in your eSuite Document Library, for more details!

HAVE YOU PROPERLY EXPLAINED THE LOYAL CUSTOMER AGREEMENT?
When a Loyal Customer enrolls via your personal website, they are electronically signing the It Works! Loyal Customer Agreement, therefore you are not liable in the event of a dispute. However, if you choose to enroll a Loyal Customer, you will need to have written documentation confirming that the Membership Fee and the three (3) month autoshipment commitment was fully explained to the Loyal Customer and that they agreed to it. Verbal agreements are not valid contracts. This is for your protection as a Distributor, as this evidence will be requested by the Compliance Team in the event your Loyal Customer disputes the Agreement.
We recommend thoroughly explaining the Loyal Customer Agreement and working out any disputes between yourselves before it gets escalated to the Company. Distributors will be held liable for the $50 Membership Fee on Loyal Customers they have personally enrolled if it is found that they did not properly disclose the Loyal Customer Agreement or they are unable to provide supporting documentation.
The following documentation is acceptable:
1) A signed Loyal Customer Order Form and Agreement (available in eSuite)
2) Text messages or Facebook messages that took place before the enrollment that clearly explain the Loyal Customer Agreement including the Membership Fee, automatic shipments, and the minimum 3-month commitment.
Be sure to review 6.4 – Loyal Customer Rules of the It Works! Policies and Procedures for more information.
