In 2016, we all had some battles. I realized that every day is a blessing and I don’t want every day to be just good. I don’t want every day to be great. I want every day to be LEGENDARY. We’re putting 2016 behind us, because we’re on the journey to Legendary!

CHOOSE TO BE LEGENDARY!

It’s your choice. The journey to legendary is scary. You might think that hosting your first Wrap Party is scary—not knowing if anyone is going to show up. Or maybe it was scary leaving your husband and kids alone for three days to come to #ONE2017!

But you know what should scare you? The thought of going back to a J-O-B. Why work a job for the next 20 years for someone else when you can be with the greatest company in the world and have friendships, fun, freedom every day?!

FIGHT THROUGH THAT SLUMP

You are going to have incredible victories here at It Works! I want you to celebrate the wins along the way and do that victory dance. But there are also going to be times when you get in a slump. You might miss a promotion. You might not hit your rank advancement. You might have some naysayers. But if you fight through it, the victory is worth it!

Every great player has slumps, but they don’t let it define them. They work through it to become a hall of famer! I can guarantee that in some point in 2017, you’ll have a slump. But guess what? The only person that can get you out of that slump, is you! The journey to legendary is not a straight line. If you quit, you’re not quitting on me or It Works! or your team. You’re quitting on yourself!

COMMIT DON’T QUIT EVERY DAY!

If you’re going to be legendary, you’ve got to commit! You already took the first step of the journey. You made the decision to Join the Party. Now, you go to work every day – you Blitz, you Wrap, you Repeat.

That’s how you take it to legendary! You see, heroes are remembered, but legends never die.
